Meet The Founder
Josh McGuire is an entrepreneur, business owner, and operations leader with more than two decades of experience building, operating, and supporting businesses across multiple industries. Throughout his career, he has worked in construction, transportation, property services, consulting, creative media, and startup development, gaining a practical understanding of what it takes to turn ideas into sustainable ventures.
Today, Josh serves as Founder and CEO of McGuire Legacy Group LLC, the parent company of TributeSpeak®, RespiraLink Interactive™, JMcG Creative Studios, and McGuire Legacy Consulting. His work focuses on creating solutions that preserve meaningful stories, improve access to education and support, strengthen organizations, and deliver lasting value.
Josh believes successful ventures are built through accountability, continuous learning, strong relationships, and a commitment to serving others. His approach combines real-world experience with formal business education, including an Associate Degree and Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
